Warren County real estate records available online (from 1985 to present) from the Register & Recorder’s Office. To access and view a document, customers must first register/subscribe. A small fee will be charged to access the online service prior to accessing any records.
Go to Pennsylvania Land Records website and select “Warren” as the county from the drop-down menu. Use criteria like business/personal name and document type to search for your records.
Assessment Database Now Online
Warren County’s Assessment Data is now online. You may search for properties using an address, owner’s name, and a variety of other methods and codes. The data is available free of charge as a public service to the community.

The Board of Commissioners for Warren County have awarded a grant of $20,000 to the Struthers Library Theatre for their rehabilitation project from the County’s Act 13 Marcellus Shale Legacy Fund. The grant will support the Theatre’s $2.7 million restoration project which, when completed, will install an elevator for handicap access, rework the marquee and facade of the building, refurbish the roof, and expand the sidewalk for outside table access.read more
During their recent public meeting the Warren County Board of Commissioners entered into an agreement with Bollinger Enterprises Inc. (BEi) to provide cleaning services and integrate persons with disabilities into the workforce at county facilities. BEi provides vocational, life, and social opportunities for persons with disabilities with a focus on independence at work, at home and at play.read more
