The Warren County Commissioners hold two general business meetings every month. The purpose of these meetings is to sign contracts, vote on agreements, make proclamations, create ordinances, and conduct the business of County Government. The meetings are usually held the second and fourth Wednesday of every month (barring holidays or other mitigating factors), start at 12:00pm, and take place in the Commissioner’s Conference Room on the 1st floor of the courthouse (occasionally they are moved up to the second-floor Jackson Courtroom when a large crowd is anticipated). The public is encouraged to attend those meeting and they are recorded in both audio and video formats and will be posted on the website afterward.
The agendas for the meetings are generally posted (on the website) by the Thursday before the meeting takes place. You can also find an archive of the minutes and agendas on the County’s website. For any questions on agenda items, please contact the Chief Clerk, Pam Matve, by phone at 814-728-3402 or by email at email@example.com. The Commissioner board consists of three members: Cindy Morrison (Chair), Ben Kafferlin (Vice-Chair), and Jeff Eggleston.
